Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how VPNCJ handles information across its website, user panel, and subscription service. Data related to account management, payments, and website visits is handled separately from network activity through international routes. Please review the scope below before using the service. Privacy requests can be submitted through a user panel ticket.

Account and Order Information

VPNCJ does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password; email is optional and is not requested solely to complete registration. The account system processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, and login status for identity checks, account management, and subscription delivery. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.

Order records include the selected plan, payment status, transaction-related information, data allowance, and total usage. They are used to verify entitlements, handle billing and refunds, and resolve disputes. Issue descriptions and attachments submitted in tickets are used to address the relevant issue. Please redact sensitive information in passwords, subscription links, and payment credentials before sharing them.

No-Logs Policy and Data Usage Measurement

VPNCJ follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing history, request content, or communications, or create connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's activity. Accordingly, there is no practice of retaining such connection logs for a period and deleting them later.

Subscription billing requires measuring each account's total data usage. This data does not include destination websites or browsing content. Temporary connection state used to forward traffic is released when the connection ends and is not kept as connection history. Website analytics and account order records are not route browsing logs; their uses are governed separately by this policy.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser details, and the use of on-site links and buttons, so that content and workflows can be improved. Analytics cover this website and interactions with the user panel; they are not used to collect content from other websites users access through the subscription service.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, retain authentication status, store language preferences, and save necessary interface settings. Analytics may also use cookies to identify visit sessions. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. Clearing authentication data may require you to log in again, and some preferences may return to their defaults; this does not delete account or order records from the server.

Payment Processing and Required Disclosures

VPNCJ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and their respective rules govern how information is handled. VPNCJ uses transaction results to verify orders and subscription entitlements. You do not need to provide a third-party payment account password in a support ticket.

USDT transactions may be visible on public transaction networks; they should not be understood as having hidden transaction records. Information is used only as needed to verify payments, refunds, or account disputes. Where disclosure is legally required, it is limited to applicable requirements and information actually held. Account information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide subscriptions and manage accounts. Order, refund, and ticket records are retained as needed to fulfill services, reconcile finances, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal requirements. When these purposes end and there is no other basis for retention, the data is deleted or processed so it can no longer be linked to an individual. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period.

To access, correct, or delete account information, log in and submit a request through a user panel ticket, specifying its scope. VPNCJ will verify account ownership and will not ask for your account password. Deleting an account may affect remaining entitlements and issue tracking. If records must still be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding dispute, VPNCJ will explain why, limit their use, and handle them once the basis for retention ends.

Policy Updates and Questions

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the updated month at the top will be revised. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable; updating the policy text does not replace that process.

If you have questions about analytics scope, data use, or deletion outcomes, you can raise them in a ticket. For subscription entitlements, payments, and refund rules, also see the Terms of Service. Clearing browser data, ending a connection, or stopping use of the service does not automatically submit an account deletion or refund request.
